Terms and Conditions winmry

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and winmry ("Platform", "We", "winmry"). This document governs access to and use of all services, websites, applications and products offered by winmry.

Continued use of the platform after any update or amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. winmry reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of this Agreement at any time with reasonable notice to registered players.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the legal principles applicable to online gambling platforms under international licensing. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through winmry's internal procedures before being referred to the relevant authority.

To register and use the winmry platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not register on behalf of another person or use false information;

winmry reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a copy of your MyKad or valid travel document) at any stage to confirm player eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account freeze or termination.

Each player is permitted to register one account only. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts along with the freezing of any balances held within them. If you find that you have accidentally created more than one account, please contact winmry customer support immediately for a resolution.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Your username, mobile number, email and banking details must be in your own name. winmry is not responsible for any loss caused by inaccurate or outdated information.

Players are fully responsible for keeping their account password secure and not sharing it with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team before the activity took place.

winmry accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction for all listed payment methods.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Processing times for approved withdrawals are between 5 and 30 minutes. winmry reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed certain limits or that are deemed to require further review.

Additional terms applicable to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or digital wallet registered in the player's name;

winmry offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum value of RM500. The wagering requirement that must be met is 25 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount plus the bonus.

Applicable examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn;
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering RM500 × 25 = RM12,500 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

All other promotions offered by winmry, including cashback, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses and seasonal promotions, are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each respective promotion. Those terms will be displayed alongside each relevant promotional offer.

winmry reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or a breach of fair play policy. winmry's decision in such matters is final.

All games offered on the winmry platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, 4D lottery and table games — have their own individual rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.
